TSQ PLAYHOUSE COVENT GARDEN

- Age to enter TSQ Playhouse

It is company policy that anyone seeking to gain admission to TSQ Playhouse must be 18 years and over. Proof of age is required at the entrance acceptable documentation must be produced i.e. acceptable driver's license, passport, Electoral identification Card or National ID.

- How do I make a booking /Can I Walk-Ins?

All of our booking types now require an authentication of credit card details to secure a booking.

We understand that plans may change, we are as flexible as possible should you wish to change or cancel your reservation. All changes or cancellations must be made within 48 hours of your booking, After this time, cancellation charges may apply.There is a £10 per person NO-SHOW charge. No Money will be taken unless the reservation policies are violated.Our Bar will do its best to accommodate walk-ins but we cannot guarantee availability in busy periods.

- How Can I amend my booking?

*Note reservation lines are closed during our opening hours (06.00pm-11.30pm Saturday) 

- Dress Code

Our dress code is smart-casual and quite relaxed. We just ask that the general look does not appear too sporty i.e. tracksuits/football shirts/baseball caps. Smart trainers are allowed. We do not allow flip flops to be worn.

- How do I book a private party experience in a karaoke room?

The maximum table size we can accommodate in the main room is up to 12 people and at the back of the bar (with a restricted view) is up to 15 people. We do not offer multiple tables per booking for the same group as the parties. Otherwise, your entry could be denied. For a large group of parties, we do offer a private party experience with a karaoke facility, both rooms have a maximum capacity of 15 guests (King's room) and 20 guests (Queen's room)

 

- What is the largest table I can book for?

The Main area can accommodate 4-10 guests.

The Queen's room can accommodate up to 20 guests.

The King's room can accommodate up to 15 guests.

 *note we do not offer multiple tables per booking for the same group as the parties in the main area.

- Is there a return time on my table?

All guests shall have the table for 2 hours.

- If I am late can you hold my table?

We’ll keep your tables for up to 15 minutes from your reservation time. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. We will try our best to reschedule your reservation if possible. If we are not able to reschedule your reservation, your arrival time will determine the length of your booking, which will end as originally scheduled. Please note that all tables are subject to a 2-hour turnaround time.

- Do you require pre-orders?

No, we do not require pre-orders in advance as well as we can not take any pre-orders and pre-pay in advance in any circumstances.

- Do you require a deposit?

We require a deposit of £10 per person for a booking of 12 people or more via payment link and the deposit will be deducted from your final bill with T&C applies. For a reservation of 1-11 people, we kindly ask for credit card details to secure the booking.

- What is a card guaranteed when making the reservation? Do I get charged straight away?

Due to a high volume of customers not attending their reservation without notifying us, we require a credit card guaranteed for all reservations of 1-11 people, we do not take any money from your card in advance. In the event that a booking is not honored in whole or in part, which includes reducing numbers, or cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, the cancellation fee will be charged to the card provided £10 per person which will be processed, by Stripe Payments UK, Ltd who acts on behalf of TSQPlayhouse. - Where is the nearest station?

We are located in Covent Garden. The nearest tube stations are Covent Garden, Leicester Square, and Tottenham Court Road. You have various choices to take the Piccadilly Line, Northern Line, Central Line, and Elizabeth Line and we are approximately a 5 minutes walk from those tube stations.

- What is your opening hour?

We are open on Saturday from 18.00 pm till late. (Last Entry 11.30 pm. Kitchen Close at 11.45 pm. Bar Close at 01.30 pm.) Our reservation lines are open 9.30am to 06.00pm 

- Menus & Dietary Requirements

If you or a member of your group has an allergy, intolerance or any other special dietary requirements, just let us know when you book, and our team will be ready to accommodate you on the day.  Always inform your server of your allergy, intolerance or dietary requirements when ordering.

- Do you have halal meat? Are you vegan/vegetarian/pescatarian friendly?

Our chicken is halal and you have alternative choices with vegan/vegetarian/pescatarian dishes along with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Please check the key allergies on the menu or ask our staff for more assistance.

- Cake, Celebrations & Decorations

For food and health safety reasons, external decorations, balloons and/or cakes are not permitted in TSQPLAYHOUSE. To mark the birthday celebration we do have a birthday package available.

- Dog Policy

Guide dogs and certified emotional support dogs are allowed in all our venues. We do not allow dogs or any other pets inside our restaurant.
