  • What is your opening hour?

We are open on Friday and Saturday nights from 18.00 PM. Till late. (Last Entry 11.30 PM. Kitchen Close at 11.45 PM. Bar Close at 01.30 PM.)

  • Age to enter TSQPlayhouse?

It is company policy that anyone seeking to gain admission to TSQ Playhouse must be 18 years and over. Proof of age is required at the entrance acceptable documentation must be produced i.e. acceptable drivers licence, passport, Electoral identification Card or National ID.

  • What is your dress code?

Smart, Chic and Elegant We request our guests to dress to impress for the occasion with a sense of style and character.

Please note, sportswear and beachwear are not permitted.

  • How do I make a booking?

We strongly advise making all reservations online, changes or cancellations must be done through our booking platform THE FORK or give us a call at +44 (0) 2081033669.

  • Can I make a reservation for drinks only?

Food is mandatory at our cocktail bar as casual dining. We have plenty of fancy small plates to go with our fancy cocktails.

  • Why food is mandatory?

Due to the current premise license that we hold, we are not allowed to serve alcoholic drinks without a meal.

  • Is there a minimum spend?

We offer a special deal with no minimum spend for any bookings in the main room.

*A minimum spend of £45 per person on food and drinks will be applied for any bookings of 1st December 2022 onwards.

  • How do I book a private party experience in a karaoke room?

Our karaoke room requires a separate booking (please check availability with my puppets call +44 (0) 28103 3669 or email A karaoke room for private party space which has an additional charge of £50 per hour (minimum 2 hours per time slot). We require a minimum 10 people to hire the room with a minimum spend of £45 per person on food & drinks, which starts from the minimum of 10 people.

  • What is the largest table I can book for?

The maximum table size we can accommodate in the main room is up to 12 people and at the back of the bar (with restricted view) is up to 15 people. We do not offer multiple tables per booking for the same group as the parties. Otherwise, your entry could be denied. For a large group of party, we do offer a private party experience with karaoke facility, the room has a maximum capacity of 20 people.

  • Is there a return time on my table?

All guests shall have the table for 2 hours.

  • If I am late can you hold my table?

We’ll keep your tables for up to 15 minutes from your reservation time. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. We will try our best to reschedule your reservation if possible. If we are not able to reschedule your reservation, your arrival time will determine the length of your booking, which will end as originally scheduled. Please note that all tables are subject to a 2-hour turnaround time.

  • Why do I need to open a bar tab?

We are a fun bar and we wouldn't like our customers to just be seated at their table! You are more than welcome to dance around and take pictures in our beautiful venue. However, we are based on table service only and in order to secure your table, we kindly ask you to leave a credit/debit card behind the bar at your arrival.

  • What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept both cash and card payment, please note that for a table of 12 people or more the final bill must be paid by maximum 2 card payments.

  • Do you require pre order?

No, we do not require pre order in advance as well as we can not take any pre order and pre paid in advance in any circumstances.

  • Do you require a deposit?

We require a deposit £10 per person for a booking of 12 people or more via payment link and the deposit will be deduct to your final bill with T&C applies. For a reservation of 1-11 people, we kindly ask for a credit card details to secure the booking.

  • What is a card guaranteed when making the reservation? Do I get charged straight away?

Due to a high volume of customers not attending their reservation without notifying us, we require a credit card guaranteed for all the reservation of 1-11 people, we do not take any money from your card in advance. In the event that a bookings is not honoured in whole or in part, which includes reducing numbers, or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, the cancellation fee will be charged to the card provided £10 per person which will be processed, by Stripe Payments UK, Ltd who acts on behalf of TSQPlayhouse.   • Where is your nearest station?

We are located in Covent Garden. The nearest tube stations are Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Tottenham Court Road. You have a various choices to take the Piccadilly Line, Northern Line, Central Line and Elizabeth Line and we are approximately a 5 minutes walk from those tube stations.

  • How do I make Changes to my booking?

  • Do you have halal meat? Are you vegan/vegetarian/pescatarina friendly?

Our chicken is halal and you have alternative choices with vegan/vegetarian/pescatarian dishes along with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Please check the key allergies on the menu or ask our staff for more assistant.

  • Can I bring external decoration/cakes?

For food safety reasons, external decorations, balloons and/or cakes are not permitted in TSQPLAYHOUSE. This is so our other guests are not disrupted during their experience. To mark the occasion, we have Birthday Surprise Shots (Large).


  • Do you allow dogs?

Only guide dogs with license are permitted at TSQPlayhouse, however, we do not recommend as our venue contain lights and sounds that will not suitable for animals.

Final decision on entrance to the venue will be at the discretion of the Security Manager – any groups intoxicated or deemed a security risk will be denied entry.
